Administrator Days - Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM Salary : GBP25K to GBP26K, depending experience Permanent Location: Hinckley Our client based in Hinckley are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. This is a full-time position. The Job : Administrator Role Filling and retrieving information and documents Data Entry / Managing Diary Typing/Drafting/Proofing letters and quotes Travel arrangements - Booking flights, ferry #39;s, taxis etc. and applying for visas Maintaining Office Equipment Answering the phone All aspects of Sales Order Processing and Stock Control using Sage 1000 Liaising with transport companies Arranging Imports / Exports Dealing with customer enquiries Credit card transactions / Purchase orders Maintaining stationary levels / Ordering PPE Sending out literature Mail shots Dealing with enquiries Taking messages The Ideal Candidate: Administrator Role Previous experience working as an administrator Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office - Word, Excel etc. Passion for engineering.
