Your job role as a Children rsquo;s Support Worker will involve you working closely with children in care and putting them at the centre of everything you do. Your day to day role will require you to support them in all aspects of their lives such as educational pursuits, hobbies and activities Your experience and support will be influential in developing and contributing towards positive outcomes to help shape the future of children and young people. You should be highly motivated, committed and have a genuine interest in delivering the highest quality of care for children and young people.
