Join a well-recognised legal 500 firm in the West Midlands are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their well-established team. The firm are open to looking at people ideally 1-2 PQE but will consider more experienced. Key responsibilities include managing a personal caseload of Employment matters to include but not limited to: * Disputes with your employer * Unfair dismissal * Constructive dismissal * Redundancy * Settlement Agreements * Grievances * Disciplinary * ACAS Early Conciliation (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) * Changes to terms conditions * Restrictive covenants * Discrimination * Bullying harassment * Maternity, Paternity, and Family Issues * Directors rsquo; disputes * Legal Expenses Insurance The firm offer a competitive salary and benefits package alongside a supportive and collaborative work environment.
