Credit control lead

You will be working for a growing, forward thinking business based in Salford Quays who are seeking a commercial debt specialist to join their exciting team. This is a newly created position due to expansion and one that you can take ownership on and make your own. This is a full time permanent role with flexibility on start and finish times with the option to work 8am -4pm or 9am-5pm. This role will be standalone initially however as the business continues to grow you will be responsible for building and managing a small team. Your key duties will include; proactive strategic collection of commercial debt, stakeholder management, recruit build a team accordingly to workload, review improve processes where necessary, query management and other ad hoc tasks. Successful applicants must have a strong background in commercial debt. Previous leadership skills are desirable but not essential. Due to the expansion the business has countless examples of employee #39;s progressing whether it be into leadership roles or into more technical roles. This is something you can be a part of and have piece of mind that this is not a dead end role.
