Warehouse operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Dartford Salary: GBP11.44 per hour (increasing to GBP12.07 after 12 weeks) Working Hours: 1am ndash; 9am Availability: Immediate Aligra is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in talent management and recruitment for various industries, including Automotive and Engineering, Driving and Industrial, Hospitality, and Professional and Executive sectors. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Warehouse Operative in Dartford. Responsibilities: * Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including but not limited to scanning, sorting, and heavy lifting. * Ensure all products are stored and labeled correctly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse. * Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations. * Prepare orders for delivery or pick up by checking for accuracy and completeness. * Assist in loading and unloading merchandise from delivery vehicles or containers. * Use warehouse management systems to input data and track inventory. * Conduct regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or issues. * Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
