Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant Location: Leicester City Centre Salary: GBP90 - GBP110 per day GSL Education are seeking an experienced Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Leicester City Centre. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with teachers and students, providing high-quality support and contributing to the overall success of the school. Key Responsibilities: Lead small group interventions and deliver pre-planned lessons under the guidance of the class teacher. Provide support to students across different subjects and key stages, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and prepare engaging learning activities. Requirements: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues. Enhanced DBS check on the update service is required.
