Role: Senior Sales Engineer Location: Oxfordshire Salary Range: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 (plus OTE) Job Description We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Oxfordshire. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth. Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and participation in industry events. Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure product feasibility and customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales effectively. Provide ongoing technical support to clients, building long-lasting relationships. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements. Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.Requirements: Proven experience in technical sales within the engineering industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
