Inventory administrator

Anderson Knight is currently in search of an Inventory Administrator for a client based in Lanarkshire on a 12-Month FTC. The position offers a comfortable office setting, with 39 working hours from Monday to Friday, along with the added perks of an early finish on a Friday and on-site parking. Key Responsibilities: bull; Maintain accurate stock records on the company rsquo;s system. bull; Organise and maintain all paperwork and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance at period end. bull; Communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders, including relevant regulatory authorities such as HMRC. bull; Conduct extensive data entry and processing tasks. bull; Prioritise and manage a busy workload efficiently. bull; Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements regarding the handling and movement of all spirits. Key Attributes and Skills: bull; Proficient in administration, with extensive knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages. bull; Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively. bull; Effective multitasking ability and composure under pressure. bull; Previous experience in administration or stock control would be beneficial, though not mandatory.
