Customer Service Agent Full Time Permanent Contract Location: Chilton, Buckinghamshire Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5pm Our client offers a wide range of products and services, including general insurance, life, pensions and investments and has been providing quality insurance for its customers, for over 110 years. They are a top ten UK insurance company and the UK rsquo;s largest rural insurer, with an agency network of over 250 local offices. Due to the continuing success of the growing Agency we are recruiting for a full time Customer Service Adviser within the team. You will be providing exceptional service to both their existing customer base and new customers. On a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with new sales and enquiries, existing policy changes and claims, all with a lsquo;can do rsquo; proactive enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service role, excellent telephone manner, superb attention to detail and a flexible people orientated approach. You will relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused ambitious team. Ability to work to strict deadlines within a compliant environment and manage a complex workload. Capable IT user, including Microsoft and quick to adapt. 5 GCSE rsquo;s (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above including Maths and English are essential.
