Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Bourne who are looking for Machine Operators to join their busy team. About the Business: Our client one of the largest growers of fresh cut and living pot herbs in the UK. About The Role: To set up and run manufacturing machine, ensuring they work efficiently and safely to meet production goals and quality standards. Hours of work : Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday; 6-14:30pm Pay rate: GBP12.88 per hour This is a PERMANENT role. Roles and Responsibilities: middot; Ensuring all products are packed with precision, maintaining a 100% accuracy rate. middot; Setting up and operating of machine, proactively addressing any operational issues that arise. middot; Diligently completing all required paperwork with accuracy. middot; Striving to meet production KPIs with a focus on enhancing both operational efficiencies and financial outcomes. middot; Performing all tasks in a safe manner whilst adhering to Health Safety protocols About you: middot; Experienced machine operator (Preferably but not essential from within the fresh produce sector) middot; Ability to communicate both written and verbal with attention to detail (in order to interpret written working procedures) middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
