Senior quantity surveyor

Are you an experienced Senior Surveyor, with past experience in the highways sector, looking for your next challenge? Our client, a tier 2 contractor, is looking to expand their team due to their constant growth within the last year. They are looking for a senior quantity surveyor to join them from the beginning of their new GBP40M highways scheme. Your roles and responsibilities as a Senior surveyor are: the responsibility of looking after all the commercial side of the project supporting the commercial team liaising with clients and reporting into to the managing surveyor ensuring the right materials are delivered on site in charge of cost control: ensuring all the costs are necessary and correct the delivering of timely reportsThe ideal candidate will have: Good knowledge of NEC contracts and the ability to handle multiple projects at least 8 years Quantity surveying highways/ground works/earthworks background and experience Experience working for a Main or Subcontractor Within commuting distance of North LondonIf this role catches your eye and you feel you would be the ideal candidate for this job, Apply today or contact Mia Gent at Fawkes Reece
