Are you a M E Site Manager with a strong background work on new build residential projects? Would a 12 month contract working with a major UK developer interest you? We are currently working with one of our long term clients to find a M E Site Manager to coordinate/manage testing and commissioning on apartments across multiple floors and blocks in a development. Candidates need to be well versed in both Electrical Mechanical packages and must have previously worked for a major UK developer in order to be selected. Manage and coordinate testing and commissioning across 2 blocks Coordinate and assist technical team to update testing certificates in line with O M manual portal ( Createmaster). Quality checks on all test certificates. Chair site level testing and commission meeting with contractors. Coordinate clients COW and specialities commissioning engineers with sub-contractors Manage client COW inspections and coordinate the matters with contractors and close the reports. Manage Cause and effect test schedule Assist QS to obtain relevant warranties and paper works. Assist utility companies #39; quires and manage their finals. Making sure installations are to drawings Controlling safety, quality environmental activitiesRequirements Mechanical or Electrical background with min HND or NVQ level 6 or similar qualification.
