Building services manager residential

Are you looking for an opportunity to work for one of the UK #39;s leading property developers specialising in providing construction, services and property management expertise in the residential sector? You will be part of the MEP team working on a GBP30M M E package covering a 13 storey residential block in East London. You will be tasked with providing expertise on preconstruction, design and delivery of services carrying out the full project coordination and management of M E services from inception through to installation and handover. Preferably degree educated or a minimum HND level in a relevant field with a good level of experience working for at least 7 years within main contracting/house building. A bias towards Mechanical engineering with a good understanding of Electrical installations would be desirable. The role will include the coordination of the installation of Mechanical and Electrical services and management of on-site M E Sub-contractors.
