Sales administrator

Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: Droitwich Spa Salary: GBP24,000 per annum Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team and provide excellent customer service and support as part of the exciting growth strategy of the company. The role is for 37.5 hours of work per week Monday to Friday, but different hours may be considered during the application process for the right candidate. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: bull; Proactively managing customer inquiries and orders through various channels such as phone, trade counter, email, and internet bull; Ensuring accurate and efficient order processing utilizing our ERP system bull; Providing customers with product information, advice, and quotations bull; Coordinating with the Operations team to ensure prompt and precise order fulfillment bull; Addressing customer complaints and queries with professionalism and courtesy bull; Updating and maintaining customer records and databases bull; Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks and generating reports bull; Supporting the dispatch office as needed bull; Contributing to the ongoing enhancement and growth of the sales department Experience Skills: bull; Previous experience in sales administration or customer service preferred bull; Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems bull; Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills bull; Ability to thrive under pressure and manage priorities effectively bull; Capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team bull; Positive, adaptable, and proactive approach #INDTCADM23
