Grounds Maintenance Operative Location - Shoeburyness GBP13ph - PAYE 6 Months Contract Inside IR35 Summary: Our client is looking for experienced Maintenance Operatives to be responsible for the delivery of grounds maintenance services and support to the respective standards on the site. Specific duties will include: Provide grounds maintenance support services Deliver specialist grounds services, including attention to pest tree hazards Maintain knowledge / awareness of grounds / land legislative, standards technical requirements developments Prioritisation of work programme to satisfy business needs Form part of the on-call rota during periods of inclement weather; supporting site preparations response to enable ongoing safe access / use of premises Ensure robust application of health, safety environmental procedures processes Ensure maintenance standards and quality of work delivered are to the required level Oversee the conduct of contractors on site; monitoring the implementation performance of tasks allocated Identify ensure all key assets are available and appropriately maintained, making recommendations on improvements additional requirements to FM / Business leads, as appropriate Experience and Qualifications Full driving licence Proven ability to solve problems Ability to safely deploy equipment/processes Manual Handling awareness /risk appreciation Previous experience in a similar role Proactive, drive and enthusiasm; #39;can do #39; approach Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Ability to organise / prioritise work Ability to thrive as part of a team and work independently where appropriate Flexibility Preferred trained in the following: Strimming, chainsaw use, ride on mower use, If you feel you are suitable and wish to apply, then please send your CV to
