We are passionate about developing the best people and have a well-established team who deliver a variety of training including our in-house apprenticeship programmes in Recruitment Consultancy and Customer Service, which was recently graded outstanding by OFSTED. #x202F; In this hybrid role, you will deliver our high-quality training curriculum #39;s, including facilitating classroom events and using your proven coaching skills and experience to further develop skills, knowledge and behaviours. Key tasks and responsibilities include: Deliver a high-standard and professional learning experience every time Deliver an agreed number of training days per month Coach and mentor a caseload of apprentices in achieving their apprenticeship qualification #x202F; Assess employee rsquo;s competency against a standard and provide developmental feedback #x202F; Support assigned learners to ensure they are prepared to complete all relevant training courses and pass apprenticeship qualifications to a high standard #x202F; Engage and work with managers across the business to ensure that knowledge, skills and behaviours are embedded following all learning interventions #x202F; Assist with the design, development, review, and continuous improvement of bespoke training materials in line with changes in process or policy Key Attributes You will be able to prove/ demonstrate: #x202F; Relevant industry qualification at level 3 or above or proven experience within a training and development or apprenticeship delivery role. Package #x202F; Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP32,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
