Job Title: English Teacher Location: Guildford Job Type: Contract, full-time hours, 8:30am-3:30pm Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: GBP110 - GBP160 per day Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Classroom Experience Skills: Teaching English, Classroom Management, Adaptability, Proactive Job Duties: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students Assess and evaluate students #39; progress to provide feedback and support Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues to share best practises and resources Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to effectively teach English to students Education and Experience: Bachelor #39;s degree in English or related field Previous experience teaching English preferred Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the English language and literature Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners Proactive approach to problem-solving and student support Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or English Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Working Conditions: Contract position with full-time hours Work in a school setting with students of varying ages and abilities Opportunities for professional development and career growth All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
