Job Advertisement: Mobile Maintenance Electrician** **Location:** Covering the M3/M4 Corridor **Sector:** Commercial Buildings **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining and repairing electrical systems, predominantly in commercial offices and retail environments. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Conduct routine maintenance checks on electrical systems and ensure they comply with safety standards. 2. Respond to and resolve any electrical failures or issues. 3. Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. 4. Carry out inspections and produce detailed reports. 5. Liaise with customers to ensure the highest level of service is maintained. 6. Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs. **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday **Benefits:** - Competitive salary - 21 days annual leave, in addition to 8 recognised bank holidays. - On-call rota of 1 in 5, with a GBP100 standby payment. - Company van and fuel card provided. - Opportunities for professional development and training. **Requirements:** - Relevant qualification in electrical engineering or a related field. - Experience working in commercial and/or retail environments. - A full UK driving licence. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - A commitment to adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
