Based in the office 1 day per week you will work with the rest of the Payroll Team to manage and support with all aspect of this high-volume payroll. Key Responsibilities: Work with Team Leaders to deliver and manage all functions of the payroll to a high accuracy, making sure all legislation and regulations are adhered to. Support with implementing more efficient working practices that deliver a greater quality service. Ensure that all daily activities, including projects, are on target and that all deadlines are met. Produce all work to a high standard of excellence and be willing to delegate and help mentor junior staff members. Develop and support with new business contracts, making sure that all targets are met and that the service exceeds expectations. Technical Skills Required: Proven working experience of payroll software systems. Working knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations. Demonstrate excellent analytical and proven-solving skills. Detail-oriented and organised. Managed and worked in a team environment to help and support all staff. Ability to work under pressure and to a high standard.
