It is essential that you have good working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and that you have experience of planning and delivering quality learning experiences for pupils. The ideal teacher should have the following: A QTS with a minimum of 6 months rsquo; experience in a school Experience working with KS1/Key Stage 1 and KS2/Key Stage 2 Create engaging and innovative lesson plans Behaviour management skills.
