Senior construction administrator

V7 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a strong Administrator to join our client #39;s team in a dual role, assisting with aftercare coordination and providing administrative support to senior management. In return they are offering: * Competitive salary * Hybrid working * 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increases with service) * Pension scheme * Life cover Ideal candidate: * Proficient using Procore. * Organised individual who pays attention to detail. * Strong communication skills * Able to show initiative * Interested in perfecting processes aiming for continuous improvement Duties include: * Liaising with clients taking calls regarding aftercare issues that arise. * Logging aftercare tasks in the portal. * Closing out aftercare tasks in the portal once completed. * Follow up calls with clients to ensure work has been satisfactory. * Providing admin support to senior management. * Acting as Procore champion for the business providing support to wider business when it comes to training and improving usage. * Carrying out audit checks on Procore. * Providing general admin support to the compliance team.
