As a Deputy Ward Manager, you #39;ll: Provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support of the Ward Manager. Bring a degree of clinical experience and leadership that instils confidence in the nursing team and ward overall. Have defined delegated responsibilities from the ward manager, with protected time for deputy ward manager duties. Have clinical supervision experience (training is desirable). Show evidence of CPD and intent to maintain and develop CPD and leadership. Have good computer skills. Have experience in Acute Mental Health. Have at least 3 years, or equivalent post-registration experience.
