Lead maintenance engineer

An industry leading M E service provider is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to work at a site based in Oxford. This role is offering a salary of GBP41,000 per annum. Working Mon ndash; Fri, 8am ndash; 5pm. With fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry. Job Role: You will be required to work Monday ndash; Friday, 8am - 5pm The M E provider is an established; specialist and well respected provider of building services in the industry and one which continually strives to deliver the best possible employees to its clients. The site is a prestigious commercial/industrial building, which will require all candidates to be client facing with a positive and friendly attitude at all times and have supervisory experience. The Supervisor must have experience working within a team carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance. Relevant previous work experience includes but is not limited to; bull; Fault finding bull; PPM rsquo;s bull; FCU rsquo;s bull; Generators bull; 3 Phase power supply bull; UPS rsquo;s bull; AHU rsquo;s bull; BMS bull; Chillers bull; Boilers bull; Water treatments This is a permanent position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team.
