You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Establish sales objectives, quotas, and performance metrics aligned with company goals.
