Accounts Assistant: Dartford Part Time Hours, 3 Days a week Salary: GBP18K- GBP20K Free Parking on site along with other great benefits! We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team of a well-established and highly regarded company in Dartford. In this role, you will become an integral part of a close-knit administrative team responsible for supporting the overall operations of the business. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a hands-on team environment. While recent experience in bookkeeping and payroll is preferable, the employer is willing to provide full training. Key Responsibilities: Monthly bank reconciliation Pay Corporation Tax Prepare and upload sales invoice onto SAGE Request and chase Purchase Orders Enter all payroll information from working hours and overtime of staff Input all pension information correctly into the system Assisting with any adhoc admin duties To excel in this role, you must have: Experience working within Payroll or Bookkeeping Experience in using SAGE or other accountancy software The ability to use spreadsheets A team player and enjoys helping others Benefits: 25 Days holiday pro rata + Bank Holidays Performance related annual bonus Free parking Pension Scheme Christmas events Interviews IMMEDIATELY being arranged!!
