JMS RECRUITMENT LTD is looking for Catering Services Manager (Responsible to: Senior Catering Services Manager) with 2 years of experience to work in a hospital in a Sutton area. 37.5 hours per week (Including Weekends, Duty Management Shifts Evenings) ENHANCED DBS is needed- we can process one for you in our office. Food Hygiene Level 3 (online application) MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK (NO VISA OR SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED) Job summary: To provide the highest level of catering service possible for patients, visitors, and staff, commensurate with financial considerations. Ensuring that food for staff, patients, and visitors is of the highest possible standard in the Restaurant, NHS Wards, Private Wards, commensurate with financial constraints. To ensure that perishable and non-perishable items are ordered, received, stored and dispatched in accordance with the store rsquo;s operational procedures, time constraints and department needs. To ensure ldquo;Best Value rdquo; is achieved at all times in line with Trust and NHS financial guidelines. To liaise with the Head Chef/Catering Team ensuring that the correct procedures are being followed regarding decanting and issue of stock.
