Summary : Job Title: Band 7 CPN CAMHS Location: South East Kent Duration: 3 months Schedule: Monday to Friday Start Date: Asap 2 weeks Rate of pay: GBP30 p/h A Day in the Life of a Registered Nurse: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering NHS community mental health services. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans. Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and ensure patient safety. Advocate for patients #39; rights and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Provide education, support, and counselling to patients and families. Maintain accurate documentation, participate in quality improvement, and pursue professional development. Requirements and qualifications required for this role: Current and valid registration with the NMC. Proven experience within a community recovery role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Past experience in CAMHS, experienced in assessment, risk assessment and treatment and case management. To offer Assessment, Risk Assessment and to support the team with the delivery of group and individual Treatment of CYPMHS patients until vacancies are recruited to. This will ensure that the team are safely staffed to deal with the increase in urgent referrals. Working hours and contract duration: This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, but hours can be flexible. This Contract is for 3 months.
