Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated Welsh-speaking student teachers to join our team in Cardiff. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with experienced educators to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in the medium of Welsh. Provide support to students in both individual and group settings, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Utilise effective classroom management techniques to create a safe and conducive space for learning. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities, contributing to the overall school community.Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a teacher training program (PGCE/TAR). Fluent in Welsh with excellent communication skills in both Welsh and English. Passionate about education and dedicated to the academic and personal development of students. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
