Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor Market Leading Sub-Contractor Berkshire GBP70,000 - GBP80,000 Amida Recruitment are currently working with a well-established European Specialist Sub-Contractor with offices across Europe. They have UK offices in London and are looking for a self-supporting Senior/Quantity Surveyor to join their team to oversee a project based in Berkshire. They are ideally looking for Senior / Quantity Surveyors who have a stable career history within the sub-contracting market place to drive an GBP8 million scheme. About the Role: Preparation of internal commercial reporting and any other reports which may be required Preparation of valuations/applications for payment with full supporting documentation in accordance with the contract Preparation of cost reports to the client with contractually compliant supporting documentation Preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules Administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation of detailed requisitions, monitoring and authorisation of subcontract payments through to agreement of final accounts Undertake the contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers Identifying commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering and change Experience Needed: * Between 3 and 7years commercial experience within a sub-contractor * Degree or equivalent within quantity surveying * Committed approach to work * Stable work history This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced professional to play a leading role in the on-going development of the company.
