The Position They are currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Analyst to join a dynamic Finance Operations team based in Letterkenny This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious company in which you can help shape and define the role and your career. Flexible working dependent on responsibilities and deliverables Role Requirements bull; Daily and monthly reconciliation of trade positions to multiple exchanges. Investigate and resolve any findings from the reconciliations as they arise. bull; Monitor any financial variances and track that they are resolved in a timely manner. Communicating with all relevant parties in the process. bull; Monthly client invoice runs, valuation statements and payments management. bull; Reconcile client invoices and client payables and receivables. bull; Daily/weekly review of client collateral positions and notifying them promptly of necessary actions, bull; Feed into KPI reporting on client reporting and onboarding of clients, bull; Daily update of market data and trading data bull; Develop key internal and external relationships to ensure delivery of outstanding service, bull; Assuming ownership for operational issues that are raised and providing resolution in a timely manner that considers all factors bull; Contribute to operational procedures for processes and ensure these are maintained, bull; Support and engagement with the Operations team providing key financial information and day to day financial support bull; Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to processes, Desired Skills and Experience bull; Qualified or recently qualified graduate with a Degree in Business or Accounting bull; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills bull; Excellent attention to detail bull; Organised, flexible, and able to work in a deadline-oriented environment bull; Self-motivated and aptitude to work independently and within a team environment bull; Enjoy fast-paced learning environment and desire to take-on additional responsibility bull; Ability to interact strongly and in a professional manner with external and internal clients bull; Strong written and verbal communication skills bull; Strong Excel.
