INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Role ndash; Assistant Project Manager Location ndash; Belfast Project ndash; Fit Out Salary ndash; GBP45K - GBP55K plus package About the Company: Our client based in Belfast has an immediate requirement to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. They are known for delivering large, complex projects with detailed specifications across the island of Ireland and three offices conveniently located in Dublin, Cork and Belfast. This role will be based in their Belfast office and working on projects based in the Belfast region with excellent progression opportunities for the future. Key Responsibilities: * Managing client relationship. * Work closely with the Contracts Manager and develop professional relationship with ongoing projects. * Provide procurement schedule and overview procurement in conjunction with the Purchasing Department * Weekly reporting on project progress and document controlling. * Manage all Contractual variances in conjunction with the Commercial Department. * Adherence to company KPI targets. * Responsibility for the overall Contract health and safety requirements. * Provide leadership/assistance and direction to Contracts Manager. * Working on projects in numerous locations throughout UK and NI. Specification: * 3 years rsquo; experience working in the construction / fit out industry as a Contracts / Document Controller or in a related role. * Demonstrate ability to successfully manage the delivery of a project/contract from inception. * Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative. * Demonstrate leadership/ management skills and commercial awareness. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Clean Driver rsquo;s License.
