Bookkeeper

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic business in Rotherham Town Centre as they look to recruit an established Bookkeeper into their team. Some duties of the Bookkeeper will include: Enter daily accounting transactions Record and monitor fixed assets Carry out and check bank reconciliations Prepare supplier bank transfers Monitor customer payments and reminders Prepare monthly reports and a documented review file Participate in regulatory audits by providing information requested by auditors Participate in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and legal reports Monitor accounting and tax law Prepare and declare VAT Carry out invoicing, monitor invoices follow up Monitor specific international payments Monitor international regulatory developments for foreign payments Manage weekly and monthly payroll Work with Subcontractors Person Specification: Previous experience within an all round accounts role Good communication skills Good with computer systems If this looks like a role of interest then please get in touch
