Contracts manager

GPS Recruitment have a brand-new role in the Ashford, Surrey area with a valued and long-time client. Are you an experienced Contracts manager with previous time on New build sites? It rsquo;s a field-based position working within the southern team across sites in the Ashford, Surrey area. Key responsibilities: The purpose of the role is to manage the installation process through to completion on fast moving, third-party, high-rise developments across the area. * Providing high levels of customer service. * Ensuring high levels of Health Safety on site at all times. * Ensure sufficient levels of subcontract labour available to meet customer demands. * Ensure the highest levels of fit quality are maintained. * Scheduling of fitters work via the internal IT systems. * Reviewing and closing out snags via customer QA systems (Fieldview, SnagR etc). * Ensure fitting teams maintain all necessary qualifications and certifications, i.e. CSCS cards, SSSTS / SMSTS, Face fit certificates and the like. ** This list is not exhaustive We are looking to chat with individuals with experience of scheduling and managing plots, including check measures and readiness inspections. Essential experience: * Knowledge of kitchen installations. * Construction related qualification. * Understanding of health and safety ndash; would suit IOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS. * CSCS or HBF Card. * A full driving licence Standard expectations of high levels of customer service, strong time management at all times to work effectively to achieve departmental KPI targets
