ESTIMATOR ndash; GROWING MAIN CONTRACTOR The Details: ROLE: Estimator LOCATION: Gamlingay ndash; South Cambridgeshire SALARY: GBP40,000 - GBP70,000 + Package BUSINESS TYPE: Main Contractor PROJECTS: Social Housing New Build, Residential, Build REFERENCE: AP009 About Our Client: A Main Contractor who delivery a variety of work including new build social housing, social housing refurbishments, residential and general build projects. This company typically work in the Home Counites. They are a smaller, regional contractor who are growing, with three further projects already secured this year. This business creates a great environment to work in and allow people to thrive. The Role: With growth comes opportunity and this business are looking to appoint a sole Estimator. You will be working very closely with the Owner/Managing Director who is currently undertaking this role, so you will be learning everything about the company first hand. With this being a new role, the level of experience can vary, you could be an established Assistant Estimator or an experienced Senior. Salaries will reflect what you offer but it is a great opportunity to join as the first Estimating resource. If you show the gravitas to be a leader, you will be given the chance to build a team over time as the business continues to grow. The Applicant: The ideal candidate must have: * Experience working as at least an Assistant Estimator for a Main Contractor.
