About the role: We are excited to be opening a new site with great opportunities for a new Engineering Manager to build the role and progress. Working closely with the Site Manager, Production and Health and safety teams, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for on-target production by maintaining and improving plant efficiency. Driving the methods to ensure planned preventative maintenance ldquo;is a constant rdquo; using the shire and ppm system. Engineering Manager Key Responsibilities: * Foster relationships ndash; build trust with stakeholders and maintain clear communication. * Implement continuous improvement ndash; manage processes used and improve efficiency and explore new concepts. * Monitor and track performance ndash; build the engineering team and give them room to grow and develop their skills. * Liaise with teams ndash; ensure products can be delivered in line with project governance. * Always be audit ready ndash; constant monitoring of regulatory compliance. About you: * Hands-on ability and proven experience as a food engineer. * Thorough understanding of food processing equipment and quality control standards. * A team leader ndash; able to work with others and take ownership of the building and developing the team. * Courageous and confident in calling out risks and working towards solutions.
