We are working exclusively with Ralawise, a leading supplier in the personalised clothing and merchandise marketplace. They stock a wide range of industry leading and high street leading brands helping customers find the products they love. They are a proud distributor of the European B C brand; B C is a successful Belgium brand, well known for their timeless collection of sustainable and ethically made garments, their collection includes T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Polo rsquo;s, Outerwear and Shirts. As the UK distributor for B C, Ralawise are looking for an experienced Account Manager to act as the B C UK Brand Ambassador in this newly created role. This person will be a key figure in the future growth and will be instrumental in taking the brand to the next level in the UK Ireland. Your sales experience, brand building profile and great story-telling skills will come into play from day one - and it is important that you have a strong customer focus and good business understanding to be successful in this role. Key Duties: * Develop and speed up collaboration with Key Customers through frequent visits * Facilitate product training and ensuring that Key Customers are ready to grow with Ralawise and B C * Raise B C brand awareness through brand building and storytelling * Ensure that B C is ldquo;top of mind rdquo; with partners * Identify new opportunities for developing top level customers * Support the fulfillment of sales budgets * Plan and participate in local fairs and sales meetings * Produce weekly and monthly reports on trends within your customers, ideas and strategy moving forwards. * Achieving the sales targets which are set both monthly and annually. * Attend sales meetings in Belgium ndash; at least once a year Skills and Knowledge: Be solution-oriented and love to create growth - and can make things happen. Strong communication, listening and presentation skills Perform when working with Key and Top-Level Customers Previous B2B sales or marketing experience, preferably with a background in Fashion or Textiles An interest in sustainability would be an advantage Ability to analyse data and produce reports Strategic planning Full driving license and passport They are looking for somebody who describes themselves as passionate, proactive, driven, curious, independent, responsible, targeted, customer-oriented and a relationship-builder.
