Accounts assistant

My client is expanding their finance team and are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them. If you enjoy a varied role where there is lots to juggle, this could be a great role for you! Duties include: * Assisting with the production of monthly Management Accounts * Calculating and checking payments, ensuring amounts are correct * Working with cash sheets, monitoring cash coming in and out of the business * Processing expenses * Occasionally processing invoices * Posting journals * General office duties such as sorting post, filing and scanning Your Profile: * Experienced in using online computer packages, if you have experience working with Sage that would be an added bonus * Confident using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook * High attention to detail * Clear confident telephone manor * Willing to learn and happy to assist others within the department when required In return: You will be offered a salary of up to GBP27,000 which will be reviewed early next year. Working hours are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. You will be entitled to 22 days holiday + bank holidays. Study support is available!
