Those from the motor trade, HGV, Buses, Forklifts, Plant or anything similar will be suited. The role is managing a team of 9 engineers in the workshop and in the field. You will be 50 hands on and 50 management of the workshop. This includes managing workflow, reporting, arranging cover, appraisals, vans and tooling etc. You will travel to local sites when needed to support the engineers.
