As MEP Commercial Manager, you will be: * Negotiating contracts * Managing the financials of projects up to the value of GBP8M * Building and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors * Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail * Putting together risk assessments * Offered opportunities to progress and grow We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or MEP Commercial Manager. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND, BSc, or MSc in Quantity Surveying or MEP Commercial Management. As MEP Commercial Manager your salary will be within the GBP75K-GBP85K+ region plus a Company car or car allowance.
