Administrator

We are looking for two Administrator #39;s for a position in the Cornwall area to start in immediately. Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday Rate: GBP12.69 We are looking for a eager, hard working and reliable administrator to work within a Safeguarding Children rsquo;s Partnership team based in Truro. The role will involve handling sensitive information and experiencing within a similar role is beneficial. This is a very varied role, covering numerous business support functions including minute taking. Candidates must be very organised and have good time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and independently with good use of initiative. Applicants must be very IT proficient, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Outlook in particular. Being able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at varying levels. Experience Requirements: * Excellent communication skills * Experience of working within a similar role * Must be able to minute take ndash; this is essential to the role * Must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at varying levels. * Must have the ability to work under pressure and independently with good use of initiative. Key responsibilities: (full JD will be provided to shortlisted candidates) * Maintain and update databases to ensure data is accurate and up to date. * Collate and present data in a variety of formats and provide basic analysis of statistical information. * Diary management, booking training courses, travel, and accommodation when requested. * Maintain up-to-date understanding of procedures and policies which affect working practices, as well as procedures, customer care principles, data protection and client confidentiality. * Be able to manage and prioritise workload effectively to meet statutory and non-statutory deadlines.
