Structural engineer

Responsibilities: bull; Design and specify elements of large projects. bull; Work closely with leading designers. bull; Assist in the preparation of calculations, drawings and reports. bull; Participate in meetings with architects and contractors. Requirements: bull; Structural Engineering or equivalent accredited degree. bull; 3-5+ years of experience in structural design of buildings for the Irish/UK construction market. bull; Advanced analytical knowledge and understanding of technical principles. bull; Experience in construction of steel and concrete structures according to Eurocodes, Irish Building Regulations, Codes of Practice and Engineering Standards. bull; Membership in appropriate professional bodies. bull; Structural Engineering layout software program along with Tekla Structural Designer, TEDDS, SCIA/ROBOT, AutoCAD, Revit. bull; Proactive, a good communicator with the ability to work well with others in a multi-functional project team. bull; Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
