PRS are currently looking for a Single Man Site Maintenance Engineer to be based at a Commercial Office in Westminster. The successful candidates will be Electrically (C and G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.He or she will be required to carry out M and E Planned and Reactive Maintenance on a single person site responsible for all the landlord services. Working as the only engineer on site, you will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below.
