EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR 4+ PQE, REMOTE, GBP 60,000 : GBP 65,000, MATERNITY COVER 12:MONTHS FTC. The Legal 500 recommended law firm is looking for an experienced Employment Litigation Solicitor to start as soon as possible. JOB REF: 5668 -An applicant should have at least 4 years post:qualified experience with handling Employment Litigation matters. -The candidate should have a proven track record of handling high volume Employment Tribunal caseload, with the ability to thoroughly review claim:related documentation, extracting key facts, and crafting comprehensive merits assessment for potential claims. -The suitable candidate should ideally claimant and respondent experience -The candidate should possess the skills to guide a case from the initial ET1/ET3 stage through to final hearing, managing all case management directives and addressing client concerns throughout the process. -This will be a client focused role, requiring high level of client care and service. -Fully remote with all equipment provided; however, you may go to Cardiff office if you require support. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with presentation, organisational and time management skills. -To start as soon as possible to allow for thorough handover. - contact Tatiana Sivakova at eNL on 454 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
