Job description:
A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a specialist mental health service at their modern, purpose:built campus in Accrington. Based primarily around the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy model of care, the MDT implements tailored programmes of therapeutic rehabilitation and support to young people aged 13:19 years with complex social, emotional and mental health needs and who may have a history of trauma. This rewarding role will have you as part of a strong MDT providing targeted support across two 10:bed units (encompassing psychiatric assessment and stabilisation, rehabilitation, and step:down services) to promote recovery and a smooth transition to more community:based care. Plans are in the works to expand for solo placements and semi:independent flats as well. As a result, you will be able to enjoy a more equal work:life balance and a greater focus on the positive, meaningful impact you can enact. This is a permanent, full:time (37.5h) role for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a flexible shift pattern. Part:time may also be considered for this role. Person specification : * ( Essential ) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). * ( Desirable ) Previous professional experience in CAMHS. Benefits/enhancements include : * Enhanced annual leave package * Free on:site parking * Enhanced sick pay package * Private pension scheme * Strong culture of clinical support and supervision * Regular further learning and development opportunities * Clinical supervision course costs reimbursed * Professional registration renewal fees reimbursed * DBS fees reimbursed
