We are seeking a dynamic and results:driven Recruitment Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a key client account, on the Temps division building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve understanding client needs, coordinating recruitment efforts, and driving business growth. Duties: : As primary point of contact for client. : Client needs objectives and expectations to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. : End:to:end recruitment processes for key client. : With internal recruiters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of recruitment services. : Opportunities for business expansion with existing clients. : New leads through networking, referrals and proactive outreach efforts. : Weekly time sheets in preparation for payroll. : Clients for time sheet approvals and purchase orders. : On:boarding with candidates on a regular basis. Skills: : Highly organised. : Strong communication skills, experience in communicating with people in a professional setting. : IT using CRM and CMS alongside various client portals. : Min of 8:12 months recruitment experience. : Motivated to work in a fast:paced environment. : Excellent level of professionalism. : Eye to detail is paramount.
