Medway Family Solutions works holistically with families with multiple and complex needs to enable them to make changes and improvements to their lives, working in a multiagency approach with all partners throughout Medway. The Hub Administrator works to supports in the provision of an effective Early Help service for children and families within Medway by closely working with colleagues and partners to build strong relationships based on respect and positive regards. The role provides effective administrative support and reception duties, being the first point of contact for a hub within Family Solutions in order to promote an efficient service for children, parents and families across Medway.
