Join a dynamic organisation located near Bracknell and take charge of a team of 3 Engineers, overseeing the seamless coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing elements across their site. Key Responsibilities: People Management: Lead and inspire the M E team to excellence. Health Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, managing RAMS, and overseeing contractors #39; compliance. Financial Oversight: Raise orders within budget constraints, plan project budgets, and ensure financial accountability. Operational Excellence: Agree on efficient shift patterns and conduct regular site inspections to address faults promptly. System Integrity: Undertake regular tests of alarms and systems, maintaining up-to-date documentation. Procurement: Take charge of material, tool, and service provider procurement for maintenance tasks. Project Supervision: Plan and supervise M E projects to successful completion. Availability: Provide out-of-hours call support on a 1 in 4 week basis. Reporting: Produce weekly reports, planners, and sign off on completed projects. Accountability: Take ownership of outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Experience and Qualifications: Formal Qualifications: Recognised Mechanical or Electrical qualification (City and Guilds or equivalent). Professional Background: Extensive experience as a building service engineer. Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Health Safety, Electrical at Work regulations, and COSHH requirements. Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and managing a team.
