Site manager externals residential

Our client is a residential contractor. They have a number of residential projects within Hampshire, and are frequent nominees of the prestigious ldquo;Contractor of the year award rdquo;. They have an extremely low staff turnover and have appeared in the top ten contractors to work for in the nation for consecutive years. A freelance opportunity has arisen for an Externals bias Site Manager to join the project team. The project is a residential scheme of circa 150 apartments. The project has circa a year left to run. The role will involve overseeing the externals works, in particular, Brickwork and Scaffold packages and paving Your day-to-day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management of the external sub-contractors with a key focus on the QA, accurate progress reporting aligned with the programme deadlines, reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.
