Fabric Technician :Stratford Location:Stratford Salary: GBP 30,000 Hours :Monday to Friday 8AM : 5PM A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading M and E Service Provider who are recruiting for a Fabric Technician looking after 1 site located in Stratford, East London. This role is offering a salary up to GBP 30,000 depending on experience, also offering many opportunities to progress within the industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc. My client is looking for someone who has a Plumbing Qualification too. Duties: : Plumbing : washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC) : Carpentry : hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture : Tiling : floors, walls, and Carpet tiles Requirements: : City and Guilds in either Bricklaying, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decoration : Strong Joinery/Fabric background being able to demonstrate via relevant trade apprenticeship and relevent City and Guilds Qualification(s) : City and Guilds Plumbing Qualification : Able to demonstrate Health and Safety capability via previous qualifications and experience. : Able to demonstrate experience in building fabric maintenance : Honest, hardworking, and reliable : Fully conversant with fabric repairs and maintenance : Experience of maintaining the fabric of a building within a commercial environment : Excellent customer service skills Package: : 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays : Pension Scheme : First class Training : Excellent People Culture : Career Progression opportunities : Overtime
