KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Senior Project Engineer, Chemicals Process Project Engineer : Mechanical, Electrical The Front:End Engineering Design Studies will include creation of documentation and tasks including: A Process Flow Drawings (PFDs) A Plant Capacity Calculations A Mass Balance Drawings A P and IDs A Plant Layouts A General Arrangement Drawings A Utilities Requirements A HAZOP studies A Controls and Automation philosophy A Interpretation and development of Client design requirements for bid process and contract stage Tender Package and Specifications requiring creation of the following: A Tender Work Packages A Equipment Specifications A Supplier meetings and selection Installation and Commissioning requiring creation of documentation and related activities: A Producing FAT and SAT documents A Producing Installation and Commissioning schedules A Completing commissioning checks A Coordinating training for end user A Manage sub:contractors and main suppliers; supervision of installation and commissioning of plant and equipment. A Planning and scheduling of equipment to site A Hand over and training of the clients operators PERSON SPECIFICATION: Senior Project Engineer, Chemicals Process Project Engineer : Mechanical, Electrical Ideally, you will have the following characteristics and experiences: A Formal qualification in any relevant engineering discipline A Previous track record of hands:on project engineering experience in related industry A Chemical industry process knowledge, understanding and the ability to convert to design and specs A P and ID experience A Report writing and presentation skills A Experience of Microsoft Project A Knowledge of pipe work, pumps, valves, platforms, powder handling, liquid handling systems A Flexible approach to work; able to work weekends and shutdowns, as required OUR COMPANY: We are a stable, internationally:renowned enterprise with a long heritage of quality in innovation leadership and operations across several continents.
